A few days ago, with the approval of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee ofthe Communist Party of China, the Anhui Provincial Commission for DisciplineInspection conducted a disciplinary inspection and supervision investigation onthe former party member of the Provincial Communications Department and thehead of the disciplinary inspection team of the Provincial CommunicationsDepartment.

After investigation, Yan Ruzheng was in violation of political discipline andopposed to organizing censorship. Violation of organizational discipline,the organization does not truthfully explain the problem when talking withthem, using the convenience of the post, illegally seeking benefits for othersin terms of job adjustment, etc. Violating the discipline of good faith,illegally accepting employment by enterprises, obtaining post-retirementremuneration, and using post facilities to seek benefits for relatives andfriends' business activities; Violating work discipline and illegally interveningin subordinate unit project bidding; suspecting of bribery and using influenceto pay bribes.

As a party member and leading cadre, Yan Ruzheng betrayed the principles ofparty spirit, ignored party discipline and state law, trampled on professional ethics,and distinguished himself from others, and acted with arrogance andgreed. He illegally intervened in engineering projects and took theinitiative to solicit and accept huge funds. He seriously violated theparty's political discipline, organizational discipline, clean governmentdiscipline, and work discipline, which constituted a violation ofduties. He was also suspected of bribing and using influence topay. After the 18th Party Congress, even after the 19th Party Congress,even after he retired, he did not stop, and he still used his influence toaccumulate wealth. The nature is serious and the plot is bad, so it shouldbe dealt with seriously. According to the "Regulations onDisciplinary Action of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Lawof the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations, afterbeing studied by the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial DisciplineInspection Commission, it was reported to the Provincial Committee forapproval, and Yan Ruzheng was expelled from the party. Cancel hisretirement benefits as required; confiscate his illegal income; he willtransfer the suspected crime to the procuratorial organ to review and prosecuteaccording to law, and the property involved will be transferred along with thecase.
